Binding kinetics of reference compound (ABT-737) to BCL-XL
The data was collected on a Biacore 8K using single-cycle kinetics. BCL-XL was immobilized to the sensor chip and the binding of ABT-737 was measured. The data was analyzed using a 1:1 kinetic binding model.
