Binding kinetics of lapatinib to wildtype EGFR
The data was collected on a Biacore 8K using single-cycle kinetics. Wildtype EGFR (AA 671-998) was captured the sensor chip and the binding of lapatinib was measured. The binding data was analyzed using a 1:1 kinetic binding model.
