HEK293 human epithelial cell line from ATCC
384-well plate format using NanoBRET Ternary Complex Formation Assay
HEK293 cells transiently co-expressing LgBiT-KRAS(G12C), SmBiT-KRAS(G12C) and HaloTag-CRBN or HaloTag-VHL Fusion Vectors were seeded into the wells of 384-well plates. The cells were treated with reference PROTAC KRAS G12C degrader 1 or LC-2 for 4 hours. The BRET signal was measured on an Envision 2104 Multilabel Reader. BRET ratio was calculated and plotted using the GraphPad Prism program.
