Binding of allosteric inhibitor SHP099 to SHP2
The data was collected on a Biacore 8K using single-cycle kinetics. SHP2 was immobilized to the sensor chip and the binding of allosteric inhibitor SHP099 was measured. The binding data was analyzed using a 1:1 kinetic binding model.
