Immunophenotyping
Reaction Biology offers three methods for immunophenotyping which is crucial for the investigation of immunotherapeutics. The following options are available at Reaction Biology:
- Flow cytometry is available to investigate the frequency of immune cells in tumor tissue and evaluate the immune-modulating effects of drugs.
- Multiplexing immune markers including cytokines and chemokines can be performed by the highly sensitive mesoscale discovery (MSD) platform.
- At the animal study endpoint, tumor tissue can be isolated and snap-frozen or embedded for histology or immunohistochemical investigation. A TMA can be assembled for streamlined processing and staining of several dozen tumor samples on one slide.
- Tissue cores of tumors of our syngeneic tumor models are available in a tissue microarray (TMA). Data for the frequency of CD3, CD4, CD8, and CD11b positive cells can be seen in our TMA Gallery.
